166 Resignation of the CEO
(1)
The CEO may resign his or her appointment by giving the Board a written resignation.
(2)
The resignation takes effect on the day it is received by the Board or, if a later day is specified in the resignation, on that later day.
(3)
The later day specified in the resignation must not be more than 90 days after the day the resignation is received by the Board.
