77 Revocation of determinations under section 74
(1)
The CEO may, by written instrument, revoke a determination that is in effect under paragraph 74(1)(b) in relation to a person if:
(a)
the person requests the CEO in writing to do so; or
(b)
the CEO is satisfied that it is no longer appropriate for the determination to remain in effect.
(2)
The CEO must give the person a copy of the instrument.
