23 Report by Minister on implementation and effectiveness of measures
(1)
The Minister referred to in paragraph 9(1)(a) is, after each reporting year of the Council, to prepare a report on the implementation of national environment protection measures during that year by the Commonwealth and the effectiveness of those measures.
(2)
A report under subsection (1) must be submitted to the Council by the 30 September next following each reporting year.
(3)
In this section:
reporting year means a year ending on 30 June.
