Council

In force

(1)

The affairs of the Gallery shall be conducted by a Council to be known as the Council of the National Gallery of Australia.

(2)

All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Gallery by the Council or with the authority of the Council shall be deemed to have been done by the Gallery.
