46 Regulations

The Governor‑General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters that by this Act are required or permitted to be prescribed, or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act, and in particular:

(a)

for regulating the conduct of persons on any land or building owned by, or under the control of, the Gallery;

(b)

for fixing charges for entry onto any land, or into any building, owned by, or under the control of, the Gallery; and

(c)

for prescribing penalties not exceeding a fine of 5 penalty units for offences against the regulations.
