18AA Registration of other persons
(1)
The Regulator must register a person under this Act if the person has applied for registration under section 15B.
(2)
The Regulator must notify the person, in writing, of the Regulator’s decision on the application.
(3)
The person is registered under this Act when the Regulator has entered the name of the person on the Register.
