Scope
This section applies to each of the following provisions:

Enforceable provisions
The provision is enforceable under Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014.
Authorised person
The Regulator is an authorised person in relation to the provision for the purposes of Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014.
Relevant court
The Federal Court of Australia is a relevant court in relation to the provision for the purposes of Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014.
Extension to external Territories etc.
A reference to this Act in sections 6 to 6C of this Act includes a reference to Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014, as that Part applies in relation to the provision.
