99A Terms and conditions of appointment
(1)
Subject to this Part, a member holds office for such period (not exceeding 3 years) as is, and on such terms and conditions as are, specified in the instrument of his or her appointment, but is eligible for re‑appointment.
(2)
If the holder of the office of Chairperson ceases to be a Deputy President of the Fair Work Commission he or she ceases to hold the office of Chairperson.
