93 Delegation
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Minister may, by signed instrument, delegate to an SES employee, or an acting SES employee, in the Department all or any of the Minister’s powers or functions under this Act.
(2)
The Minister’s powers and functions under Part 2 are not to be delegated.
