This Part contains mechanisms for enforcing the requirements in Parts IV, V, VI and VII.
(2)
Division 2 provides for the giving of evidentiary certificates in relation to testing of packages under AQS, the national group test procedures and the national single article test procedures.
(3)
Division 3 sets up a system of infringement notices for contraventions of strict liability provisions as an alternative to the institution of proceedings in a court.
