121 Actions of the representative for a defunct institution
(1)
Any act that may be done by a participating defunct institution under, or for the purposes of, this Act must be done by the representative for the institution on behalf of the institution.
(2)
Any act that is done by the representative for a participating defunct institution on behalf of the institution has effect, for the purposes of this Act, as if it had been done by the institution.
