71F Notice of decision to affirm current determination to participating jurisdictions and institutions

(1)

This section applies if:

(a)

the Operator has reassessed the current determination; and

(b)

the reassessment decision is to affirm the current determination; and

(c)

either:

(i)

if subparagraph (ii) does not apply—the review period mentioned in section 34 (as it applies in relation to the reassessment decision because of section 71E) has passed; or

(ii)

if the reassessee has applied to the Operator for review of the reassessment decision under section 71T—the review has been completed.

(2)

The Operator must give written notice of the reassessment decision to each institution and participating jurisdiction that was given written notice of the reassessee’s agreement under subsection 71B(4).

(3)

The notice must comply with any requirements prescribed by the rules.

(4)
