73 Application for review of determination
(1)
If:
(a)
a person has made an application for redress; and
(b)
the Operator has made a determination (the original determination) on the application under section 29;
then the person may apply to the Operator for review of the original determination.
(2)
The application for review must:
(a)
be made before the day specified in the notice of the determination given under section 34; and
(b)
be in the approved form.
(3)
The application for review may be accompanied by information and documents the person considers may be relevant to the review of the original determination.
