6 Other matters that may be included in the National Rental Affordability Scheme
The National Rental Affordability Scheme may provide for any or all of the following matters:
the application process for an allocation;
the assessment criteria for an allocation (which may vary from time to time);
the amount of an incentive;
the adjustment, in certain circumstances, of the amount of an incentive that:
is to be provided to an approved participant; or
has previously been provided to an approved participant;
the passing on of contributions made by States and Territories, or their monetary equivalent, by approved participants in certain circumstances;
how the market value rent of a rental dwelling covered by an allocation for an NRAS year is to be determined;
the protection of tenants of rental dwellings covered by allocations;
the protection of investors;
the rights of investors.
