22 Declared successors

(1)

The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, declare a person to be a declared successor for the purposes of this Act.

(2)

A notice under subsection (1) has no effect unless the person is the owner of an original asset, or a replacement asset, on the date on which the notice is published.

(3)

Application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the following decisions of the Minister:

(a)

a decision to declare a person to be a declared successor;

(b)

a decision to refuse to declare a person to be a declared successor;

(c)

a decision to revoke a declaration made under this section.
