26 Convening of meetings
(1)
The Commission is to hold such meetings as are necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.
(2)
The Chair:
(a)
may, at any time, convene a meeting of the Commission; and
(b)
must convene a meeting of the Commission if requested to do so in writing signed by at least 2 other ordinary members.
