178 Sending of documents to the Federal Court
If an appeal to the Federal Court is made under section 169 or a question of law is referred to the Court under section 145:
(a)
the Tribunal must send to the Court all documents and other things that were before the Tribunal in relation to the inquiry to which the determination relates; and
(b)
at the end of the proceeding before the Court, the Court must return the documents and other things to the Tribunal.
