Establishment
(1)
There is to be a register known as the Register of Native Title Claims.
Registrar to establish and keep
(2)
The Register must be established and kept by the Native Title Registrar.
Register may be kept by computer
(3)
The Register may be kept by use of a computer.
Register may consist of 2 or more registers
(4)
The Register may consist of 2 or more registers, each of which contains so much of the information that must be entered into the Register as the Registrar determines.
