203FG False statements etc
A person commits an offence if the person:
(a)
makes a statement or presents a document in or in connection with an application to the Secretary of the Department for funding under section 203C; and
(b)
does so knowing that the statement is, or that the document contains information that is, false or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months or 30 penalty units, or both.
