41 Closer Settlement Act 1929
A lease under Part V of the Closer Settlement Act 1929, other than:
(a)
a lease under section 41 or 42 of that Act; or
(b)
a lease that:
(i)
permits the lessee to use the land or waters covered by the lease solely or primarily for grazing or pastoral purposes; and
(ii)
does not permit the lessee to use the land or waters solely or primarily for agriculture, horticulture, cultivation, or a similar purpose.
