79 Requests for non‑monetary compensation
Requests must be considered
(1)
If, during negotiations in relation to a compensation application under this Part, a person or persons involved in the negotiations propose that the whole or part of the compensation should be in a form other than money, the other person or persons involved in the negotiations:
(a)
must consider the proposal; and
(b)
must negotiate in good faith in relation to the proposal.
Examples of non‑monetary compensation
(2)
The transfer of land or other property or the provision of goods or services is an example of compensation in a form other than money.
