Application of the Criminal Code

Subject to subsection (2), Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code applies to all offences against this Act.

Note:

Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.

(2)

Part 2.5 of the Criminal Code does not apply to an offence against Part 11 of this Act.
