101 Issuing body may vary safety certificate
(1)
An issuing body may vary a safety certificate if the issuing body is satisfied that the criteria prescribed by the regulations in relation to the variation of the certificate are met.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), an issuing body may vary a safety certificate to impose, vary or remove a condition on the certificate.
