19 AMSA may declare that a vessel is not a regulated Australian vessel
(1)
AMSA may, by written instrument, make a declaration that a vessel, or vessel included in a class of vessels, is not a regulated Australian vessel.
(2)
AMSA may make the declaration if AMSA is satisfied of such matters as are prescribed by the regulations.
(3)
A declaration made under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
