28 Regulations relating to seafarer certificates
(1)
The regulations may make provision in relation to seafarer certificates.
Note:
Part 4 of Chapter 9 contains general provisions that apply to regulations about certificates.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may give effect to the STCW Convention.
