316 Issue, variation and revocation of certificates by issuing bodies other than AMSA
(1)
An issuing body that issues, varies or revokes a certificate under this Act does so on behalf of AMSA.
(2)
An issuing body other than AMSA must not vary or revoke a certificate under this Act unless the issuing body originally issued the certificate.
