32 AMSA may vary seafarer certificate
(1)
AMSA may vary a seafarer certificate if AMSA is satisfied that the criteria prescribed by the regulations are met in relation to the variation of the certificate.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), AMSA may vary a seafarer certificate to impose, vary or remove a condition on the certificate.
