61 Regulations about provision of food and water
The regulations may make provision in relation to the provision of food and drinking water on board vessels.
Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may make provision in relation to the following:
the quantity and quality of food and drinking water to be carried and made available on board vessels;
mechanisms for making and dealing with complaints about the quantity and quality of food and drinking water.
