87 Regulations relating to alcohol and drug tests
The regulations may make provision in relation to the following:
(a)
the authorisation of persons:
(i)
to conduct alcohol tests and drug tests; and
(ii)
to operate devices equipment for that purpose;
(b)
the conduct of alcohol tests and drug tests, including random tests and tests with notice;
(c)
the devices used in conducting alcohol tests and drug tests, including the calibration, inspection and testing of those devices;
(d)
the approval of persons to conduct analyses in connection with such tests;
(e)
the procedure for the handling and analysis of samples;
(f)
the confidentiality of test results;
(g)
the storage and destruction of samples.
