33 Quorum
(1)
At a meeting of the Board, a quorum is constituted by a majority of Board members.
(2)
However, if:

a Board member is required by rules made for the purposes of section 29 of the PGPA Act not to be present during the deliberations, or not to take part in any decision, of the Board with respect to a particular matter; and
(b)
when the Board member leaves the meeting concerned, there is no longer a quorum present;
