53 Consultants
(1)
The Board may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage as consultants persons having suitable qualifications and experience to assist in the performance of the Authority’s functions or the exercise of the Authority’s powers.
(2)
The engagement of a consultant must be by written agreement.
(3)
The terms and conditions of engagement are those that the Board determines in writing.
