16 Exempt vehicles
A vehicle is an exempt vehicle if:
(a)
the GVM (gross vehicle mass) entered on the RAV in relation to the vehicle exceeds 4.5 tonnes; or
(b)
it is in a class of road vehicle determined to have exempt vehicle status in an instrument in force under section 29.
