Publication of reasons

Current

If the Minister makes a determination under this Division, the Minister must ensure that a notice is published on the Department’s website that sets out:

(a)

the reasons for the Minister’s decision to make the determination; and

(b)

if submissions were made as part of public consultation in response to the notice published under subsection 36(1) in relation to the determination—which of those submissions (if any) the Minister considered.
