110 Falsified documents
A person commits an offence if:
(a)
the person produces or tenders in evidence a document; and
(b)
the document falsely purports to be a copy of or extract from an instrument given to the Registrar under this Part.
Note:
The same conduct may be an offence against both this section and section 137.2 of the Criminal Code.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
