14 Simplified outline of this Part
It is prohibited to construct, install, commission, operate, maintain or decommission:
(a)
offshore renewable energy infrastructure; or
(b)
offshore electricity transmission infrastructure;
in the Commonwealth offshore area without a licence or other authorisation under this Act.
