163 Records to be made in Register
The Registrar must enter a record in the Register for each licence granted under this Act.
A record for a licence must include the information set out in the following table.

1 | The following details of the licence holder: (a) name; (b) if the licence holder has an ACN (within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001)—the ACN; (c) if the licence holder has an ARBN (within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001)—the ARBN |
2 | Whether the licence is: (a) a feasibility licence; or (b) a commercial licence; or (c) a research and demonstration licence; or (d) a transmission and infrastructure licence |
3 | Details of the licence area (which may include a map) |
4 | The day on which the licence was granted |
5 | The day on which the licence comes into force |
6 | The end day of the licence or, if there are different end days for different parts of the licence area, each such end day and details of each such part of the licence area (which may include a map) |
7 | The conditions that apply to the licence |
8 | Any other matters that the Registrar thinks appropriate |
9 | Any other matters prescribed by the regulations |
