Monitoring and investigation powers (relationship with other powers)

In force

The exercise or performance by an OEI inspector (or any other person) of a power or function under Part 2 or 3 of the Regulatory Powers Act, as it applies under this Division:

(a)

does not prevent the OEI inspector (or other person) from exercising or performing a power or function under:

(i)

any provision of this Act; or

(ii)

any of the applied work health and safety provisions; and

(b)

is not prevented by the exercise or performance by an OEI inspector (or any other person) of a power or function under:

(i)

any provision of this Act; or

(ii)

any of the applied work health and safety provisions.
