Compliance with enforceable undertaking

In force

A person commits an offence if:

(a)

the person has given an undertaking under section 114 of the Regulatory Powers Act in relation to a provision mentioned in subsection 218(1) of this Act; and

(b)

the undertaking has been accepted under section 114 of the Regulatory Powers Act; and

(c)

the undertaking has not been withdrawn or cancelled; and

(d)

the person engages in conduct; and

(e)

the person’s conduct breaches the undertaking.

Penalty: 250 penalty units.
