258 Jurisdiction of State courts
(1)
The courts of a State are invested with federal jurisdiction in all matters arising under the laws applied under section 248 in the included offshore area of the State.
(2)
Jurisdiction is invested under subsection (1) within the limits (other than the limits of locality) of the jurisdiction of the court (whether those limits are limits as to subject matter or otherwise).
