264 Data management directions—merit criteria
(1)
This section applies if a person holds, has held, or is intending to hold a licence.
(2)
The Registrar may give the person a direction (a data management direction) requiring the person to:
(a)
keep such accounts, records and other documents in connection with whether the licence meets the merit criteria as are specified in the notice; or
(b)
give such reports, returns and other documents as are specified in the notice to:
(i)
the Registrar; or
(ii)
a person specified in the notice.
