290 Simplified outline of this Part
This Part deals with using and making available certain information, documents and things obtained for the purposes of this Act.
The information, documents and things may be:
(a)
used by the Regulator for the purpose of exercising any of its powers or performing any of its functions; and
(b)
shared between the Minister, the Secretary, the Secretary of the Registrar’s Department, the Regulator and the Registrar; and
(c)
shared between the Regulator and certain other agencies, including law enforcement agencies and State and Territory Government agencies.
