The regulations may do the following:

(a)

provide for offences;

(b)

provide for approved forms;

(c)

apply and modify the Regulatory Powers Act;

(d)

deal with offshore renewable energy infrastructure or offshore electricity transmission infrastructure that is already in the Commonwealth offshore area when this Act receives the Royal Assent.
