Purpose of a transmission and infrastructure licence

In force

The purpose of a transmission and infrastructure licence is to provide for the licence holder to carry out an offshore infrastructure project for any of the following purposes:

(a)

to assess the feasibility of storing, transmitting or conveying electricity or a renewable energy product in or through the licence area;

(b)

to store, transmit or convey electricity or a renewable energy product in or through the licence area.
