16A Meaning of health and safety requirement
In this Schedule:
health and safety requirement means a requirement under any of the following provisions:
subclause 9(1) (duties of operator);
subclause 10(1) (duties of persons in control of facility or particular work);
subclause 11(1) (duties of employers);
subclause 12(1) or (2) (duties of manufacturers in relation to plant and substances);
subclause 13(1) (duties of suppliers of facilities, plant and substances);
subclause 13A(1) or (2) (duties of petroleum titleholders in relation to wells);
subclause 14(1) (duties of persons erecting facilities or installing plant);
subclause 15(1) (duties of persons in relation to occupational health and safety).
