The following is a simplified outline of this Part:
• This Part deals with using and making available certain information, documents and things obtained for the purposes of this Act.
• The information, documents and things may be:
used within NOPSEMA for the purpose of exercising any of its powers or performing any of its functions; and
shared between the responsible Commonwealth Minister, the Secretary, NOPSEMA, the Titles Administrator and each member of the Joint Authority; and
shared between the Chief Executive Officer of NOPSEMA and certain other agencies, including law enforcement agencies and State and Territory Government agencies.
