695W Sharing offshore information or things for the purposes of this Act
(1)
Any of the following persons may make available offshore information or a thing to another of those persons (the recipient) to use as mentioned in subsection (2):
(a)
the responsible Commonwealth Minister;
(b)
the Secretary;
(c)
NOPSEMA;
(d)
the Titles Administrator;
(e)
each member of a Joint Authority.
(2)
The recipient may use the offshore information or thing in the course of the following:
(a)
the exercise of powers, or the performance of functions, under this Act;
(b)
the administration of this Act.
