160 Commissioner may obtain advice from the Classification Board
The Commissioner may request the Classification Board to:
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 1 material; or
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 2 material; or
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(a); or
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(b); or
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(c); or
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(d); or
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(e); or
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(f); or
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(g); or
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(h); or
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(i); or
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(j); or
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(k); or
advise the Commissioner whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(l).
The Classification Board may give the advice requested by the Commissioner.
Subsection (2) does not, by implication, limit the matters that may be taken into account by the Commissioner in considering:
whether particular material is class 1 material; or
whether particular material is class 2 material; or
whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(a); or
whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(b); or
whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(c); or
whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(d); or
whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(e); or
whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(f); or
whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(g); or
whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(h); or
whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(i); or
whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(j); or
whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(k); or
whether particular material is class 2 material covered by paragraph 107(1)(l).
