Authorised person
The Commissioner is an authorised person in relation to the provisions mentioned in subsection (1) for the purposes of Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014.
Relevant court
The Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) are relevant courts in relation to the provisions mentioned in subsection (1) for the purposes of Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014.
Extension to external Territories etc.
Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014, as it applies in relation to the provisions mentioned in subsection (1), extends to:
every external Territory; and
acts, omissions, matters and things outside Australia.
