Production of documents for inspection

In force

The Commissioner may, by written notice given to a person, require the person:

(a)

to make available for inspection by:

(i)

the Commissioner; or

(ii)

a delegate of the Commissioner;

any documents in the possession of the person that may contain information relevant to the subject matter of an investigation by the Commissioner; and

(b)

to permit the Commissioner or the delegate, as the case may be, to make copies of any such documents.
