210 Disclosure to a member of the staff of the ACMA etc
The Commissioner may disclose information to:
(a)
a member of the staff of the ACMA; or
(b)
an officer or employee whose services are made available to the ACMA under paragraph 55(1)(a) of the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005; or
(c)
a person engaged under subsection 185(1); or
(d)
a consultant engaged under section 187;
for purposes relating to the performance of the Commissioner’s functions or the exercise of the Commissioner’s powers.
